Covenant University Students Make Top-Four at Argus Software Competition

Students of the Department of Estate Management, Covenant University came fourth at an international competition recently organized by Argus Software Incorporated, based in Texas

According to the Acting Head of the Department, Dr. Ayotunde Oni, Covenant University students came fourth out of the twenty-one universities that participated in the competition.

Out of the twenty-one universities that took part in this year’s competition, four were from Africa. Three from South Africa, while Covenant University was the only University from Sub-Saharan Africa.

Most of the participating universities are based in the United States of America and they have been using this software for a very long time ever before we came on board. Covenant University is just ten years old and our University made the competition very keen for other institutions,” he concluded.

It would be recalled that the University also came fourth out of 14 universities that participated in the 2012 edition of the competition.
