Summary of Profile
He had his secondary school education (1974-79) at the famous Kiriji Memorial College, Igbajo before proceeding to Baptist High School, Iwo for his HSC [A-Level](1979-81).
He gained admission to the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1981 and graduated in Physics with First Class honors in 1984. He won both the Physics and Faculty of Science prizes in 1984.He served his nation, NYSC, at Imo State University, then at Ihite Etiti (1984-85). Thereafter he went for his M.Sc. in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (1985-87) at same O.A.U., Ile-Ife.
He joined the ICT industry in 1988 and proved his mettle both as a high cadre employee and as a company owner till 2014 when he joined Covenant University, Ota as a Senior System Engineer in the Center for Systems and Information Services unit. He was converted to Academic Cadre as an Assistant Lecturer in the Physics Dept. in January, 2016.
He attended a world acclaimed ICT event, COMDEX in Las Vegas, Nevada (1991) and a technical training with Arnet Corporation, Nashville, Tennessee (1993), both in U.S.A. He also attended ICT seminars and trainings locally.
He is an active member of Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) CPN.
His interests are in application of acquired skills and knowledge to resolving ICT challenges. He is aspiring to be a beacon of application of scientific knowledge to resolving every day challenges and to contribute to the pushing of frontiers of scientific discoveries.
