He has an in-depth interest in Gender Studies, African Folklore, African-American Literature, Bible and Literature, Christian Narrative Literature and Eschatological Literature. This affords his students a diverse knowledge base to gun for individual excellence.
He is an Associate Member of Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria and a USAID/OTI trainer in Conflict Resolution and Management. He has a keen interest in Leadership and Capacity Development. Most recently, he has been involved in the Capacity Building efforts of the staff of Faith Academy, Ota, Nigeria where he presented papers on Professional Integrity a Must for Teachers in a Mission School ( 12th April 2013) and Effective Leadership and Management Practice for Driving Excellence in the School System (23rd August 2013)
