Upon his graduation from Covenant University in 2006, Dr. Oludayo returned to the University in 2007 as a member of faculty, he served as the Assistant Chaplain where he supported the conduct of service schedules and supervised a number of the Student based chapel service groups.
Muyiwa went on to obtain his Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management in 2008 under a special staff development scheme of the University known as Young Academics Training Programme (YATRAP).
In 2010, Muyiwa became the Dean of Students, the first privilege ever accorded to a graduate of the University. By this appointment, he became the youngest member of the University Senate and by 2013 he became the Registrar of Covenant University, a position he took and was adjudged to be the Youngest of University Registrars in Africa at age 32. He has also served as the Director for the African Leadership Development Centre of Covenant University between 2015 and 2017
