Key Skills

Communication: My communication skills have been greatly sharpened through various HR, retail and customer service experience gained over the years. I have had opportunities of interacting with members of the public, with different age groups, helping to achieve maximum satisfaction and good customer relationship.


Technical Skill: Good use of Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. I also have good knowledge of the use of photo editing software and also the Internet Explorer.

Teamwork: I have had the opportunity to work in teams, in different work places. I have been involved in a number of wide varying group tasks, with or without set targets, and this has helped to develop my teamwork skills immensely.

Leadership: I held a Supervisory role at a previous job role and as a result developed good qualities of leadership as well as ensuring effective team work, hence achieving results. I also served as project leader on a number of group coursework and assignments while studying for my masters' degree. In this capacity, my planning and organisational skills came to the fore, and I was able to give direction to my team at all times, with their cooperation. This enabled us achieve the goals of the project at all times.
