Adeniji Anthonia Adenike is an Associate Professor of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management in Covenant University, Canaanland, Ota.She obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree with a Second Class Upper Division from the department of Business Administration, Ogun State uNiversity, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye; Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and an MBA degree in Finance, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.She had attended conferences both within and outside the country and had made tremendous contributions to several books. Also, she had published in scholarly journals in the fields of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Management.
She is a member of professional bodies including Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), Chattered Institute of Administration (CIA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIP)
