Summary of Profile
Dr. Bukola Adejoke Adewale holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Architecture from the University of Jos. She is fully registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON)and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). She had a Ph.D degree in the Department of Architecture Covenant University where she has also been teaching Specification Writing, Building Components and Methods and Architectural Design and Building Drawing since 2007. Her research interest includes Human behaviour in the housing environment, and Architectural Education. In addition to teaching and research, Arc Adewale has served and is still serving in various committees including NIA/ARCON Induction Committee, committee on studio culture, CUSAT 2009, 2010 and 2013, 2017 and 2018 panel member, Course advisor, 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 sessions, and Tutorial Committee.
Her career prospect lies in the desire to provide enduring solution to the condition of core area housing in Nigeria. In pursuit of this, she has co-authored a few publications in this subject area. She is happily married to Arc. Gbenga Adewale and blessed with children.
