Covenant University has been declared the only Private University in the league tables, featuring prominently in Business and Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, and Physical Sciences at the just released Times Higher Education 2023 Subject Rankings. Analysis of this rankings showed that Covenant is leading all Nigerian Universities on these five subject disciples.

The Chancellor of Covenant University, Dr. David Oyedepo, declared a weeklong High Praise Thanksgiving event in the Covenant University Community, following the University’s 20^th Founder’s Day Anniversary, with the theme, ‘Come and see the works of God.’   

The Vice-Chancellor of Covenant University, Professor Abiodun H. Adebayo, has reiterated the importance of research in the priorities of the University’s engagement in the world of knowledge. Professor Adebayo made this known at the opening ceremony of the 2022 Covenant Health Research Ethics Committee Training Workshop on Monday, October 17, 2022.
